Practice

Bush Lake Pet Hospital has a 35 year legacy in the Bloomington / Eden Prairie community. We are a small animal and exotics practice that just moved into our beautiful new facility during Summer 2024!

Position Purpose

Over the years Bush Lake Pet Hospital has greatly evolved and grown as the needs for veterinary care have changed. As we continue to expand, we are now back on the hunt for an additional veterinarian to join our incredible team!

We have recently built and moved into a BRAND NEW state-of-the-art facility. This larger space, upgraded equipment, and multi-species accommodations allow the continuity of exceptional care and progressive medicine.

This position also comes with a great multi-site opportunity at our sister location, France Avenue Pet Hospital, in Bloomington, Minnesota. Our second location is an established part of the Minneapolis Metro area, helping our cohesive team achieve even more lifelong relationships within our community.

Our practices currently consist of 2 full-time DVMs, 3 certified veterinary technicians, and 3 veterinary assistants, making an ideal doctor-to-tech/assistant ratio. Our technical staff is highly utilized, ensuring that their doctors are never without a hand and are always able to manage their time as needed. Caseloads are optimal for a doctor who likes to keep a steady agenda with a balance of medical and surgical cases.

We foster a supportive and collaborative work environment welcoming DVMs of all experience levels, including new and recent graduates. Our experienced doctors are compassionate, ambitious, and hardworking, making them great mentors for those starting their careers in veterinary medicine.

Full-time and part-time positions are available.
