Essential Responsibilities

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat dogs and cats with care and precision

  • Perform surgeries and dental procedures (if desired—we’re flexible!)

  • Collaborate with clients on treatment plans, preventative care, and nutrition

  • Guide pet owners through end-of-life decisions with compassion

  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards in veterinary care

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Holds a DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited institution

  • Is licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida

  • Is DEA license-eligible

  • Has excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude

  • Brings compassion, integrity, and enthusiasm to the exam room every day

  • Is able to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds independently, and over 25 pounds with assistance
