Our mission at Glenwood City Veterinary Clinic is to offer first-rate, compassionate veterinary care. We are a full-service, small animal practice and rehab facility.

We possess a tremendous team and see some outstanding clientele. Our team comprises three doctors, three certified veterinary technicians, several technician/kennel assistants, and CSRs.

Position Purpose

We are looking to add an experienced veterinarian to our team to take on the role of Managing DVM!

We are a successful, steady-paced, and team-focused small animal practice ready to welcome a new generation of leadership!

The Managing DVM is responsible for providing medical and non-medical leadership for the practice, managing associate veterinarians, and ensuring regulatory compliance relating to veterinary medicine. The Managing DVM is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork and collaboration in which quality medicine is delivered.

Our current MDVM, Dr. Wilke, is a board certified surgeon, which has allowed our practice to build a large specialty surgery, theriogenology, and physical therapy caseload. If you are a DVM with surgical interest, this position would be great for you.

Additional responsibilities include guiding the direction of the practice, advancing medical care, and monitoring the practice's financial performance.
