We proudly welcome dogs, cats, pocket pets, and other exotic pets to our AAHA accredited veterinary hospital.

 

You’ll find our clinics, conveniently located in Wayne and Medina counties, provide easy access to clients and their pets from all surrounding cities of Rittman, Wadsworth, and Sterling, OH. If your pet has fur, feathers, or scales, we welcome them as members of our own pet family, treating them with gentleness and compassion, combined with comprehensive veterinary medical services.

All Creatures Veterinary Clinic & Lodge has been a trusted neighborhood staple in Northeast Ohio since opening its doors in 1991. Located in Rittman, we’ve grown from a cozy small animal practice to a full-service, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital offering a wide range of services—from wellness and diagnostics to surgery, dentistry, and laser therapy—all under one roof.

 

We proudly care for dogs, cats, pocket pets, exotic species, and even boarding and daycare clients at our on-site Lodge. Our team delivers compassionate, relationship-centered care in a client-focused, professional environment, supported by state-of-the-art imaging and in-house diagnostics that allow us to make confident decisions at every visit.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Examine and treat companion animals to detect and determine the nature of disease or injuries.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment and collect diagnostic samples as well as interpret results.
  • Advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options.
  • Perform surgery and prescribe medication as needed.
  • Provide counsel around pet end of life care.
  • Maintain patients’ medical records.
  • Ensures compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statues, policies, and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • DVM/VMD degree from an accredited AVMA institution.
  • Appropriate state licensure.
  • Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation consistently with staff and clients.
  • Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds; ability to lift patients or carry equipment over 25 pounds with assistance.

Pay Range

USD $125,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
