This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who is confident in clinical decision-making and ready to practice excellent medicine with a strong, supportive team behind them.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, structured based on experience and individual priorities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care by examining, diagnosing, and treating companion animals

• Confidently utilize diagnostics, collect and interpret samples, and develop effective treatment plans

• Perform surgical procedures independently and practice sound medical judgment

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care

• Support clients through end-of-life care discussions with empathy and professionalism

• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records

• Practice medicine in alignment with hospital protocols, ethical standards, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree

• Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)

• Eligibility for DEA/BNDD licensure

• Prior clinical experience required 

• Vet with strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
