Full-Time Associate Veterinarian (DVM) - Bethel, OH

Looking for a practice where teamwork, flexibility, and quality medicine still matter?

Our close-knit, all-female team has built a supportive, family-like culture where doctors are encouraged to practice compassionate medicine while maintaining balance outside the hospital. We understand the realities of rural veterinary medicine and value veterinarians who can offer practical, individualized care that meets both patient and client needs.

With a strong 2:1 tech-to-DVM ratio, experienced support staff, in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, ultrasound, and a dedicated surgical suite, our doctors are supported in delivering thoughtful, relationship-centered care — without the pressure of after-hours call responsibilities.

Whether you prefer a collaborative, traditional environment or enjoy bringing fresh ideas to the table, you’ll be joining a team that genuinely supports one another and values long-term relationships with both clients and colleagues.
